Welcome to the new face of LAMP Design + Build. Over the past ten years, we have focused solely on making sure that YOUR remodels, renovations and additions were our priority. Over the past several months, we decided that it was time for US to do some remodeling, and we wanted to share that with you.
Our OWN Design + Build Process
In late January, LAMP Design + Build hired on two marketing specialists and recruited the services of Anntoine Marketing and Design (an excellent company to work with if you don't mind us throwing in a little plug for them) to help give the company a little facelift and to create a strategic plan to get our name out there into the public eye.
We revamped the logo. We spent some time ramping up our social media. Finally- we have given our website a major renovation.
We’re so excited to announce that our new website and blog are now live! Not only have we updated our navigation to provide a more user-friendly experience on both desktop and mobile versions, we have also included photos and content that are relevant to you- our potential home or business owner- who are looking to renovate or remodel.

o We have categorized our services under three main headings: Commercial, Residential and Design. Now, depending on YOUR needs, you can begin navigating our site by starting with the projects and information that matter the most to you.

Our Company is Growing, Which is Good For Our Customers
When LAMP Properties was formed in 2005, we had big dreams about how our business would grow over the next decade and become a staple in the Louisiana construction and general contracting community.
As our locally-owned company with three generations of experience grew, we expanded from a small, two person office to now employing eight individuals. Our construction crew consists of nearly twenty members, who are on site working on at least five major projects at one time. We started out with subcontracting with a small handful of local businesses and individuals, to now working with many of the northshore’s finest.
Over the past year, LAMP Properties has changed its face, and is now known as LAMP Design + Build. Our company offers not only the finest construction in residential and commercial additions, renovations, and outdoor areas, we have experienced architects and AutoCAD designers on our team that will help each individual customer’s design transform from a vision into a reality.
We started our branding project with big ideas, from enhancing user experience to showcasing our best work. At the launch of this website, our goal was to provide you with a taste of the professional work that we as a team are able to accomplish. Though our work is always high-quality, we want to ensure that we have the ability to design and build everything- from the most elaborate high-end projects to the simplest middle-of-the-road remodels. Our company strives to work within the means of our customer’s budgets, and to bring them a product that exceeds their expectations.
LAMP Design + Build has come a long way over the past ten years. Our quality service and production has allowed for us to grow, and we wanted to return the favor to you, by providing you with a website that meets your needs.
