Pre-Planning
To design the layout for this project our goals were to incorporate functionality with a high end open floor plan.
Concept
The concept was to build a small home under 700sf that would be big enough to fit a full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, laundry, and bath without feeling like a cramped space.
Achieving the goal
To achieve the goals set forth, we went with a cathedral ceiling and double sliding glass doors in the main living space to give the home that open feel. As you can see this home has all the comforts of a full size house.
