Completed as a design-build project in 2025, the 12,500 GSF facility features a 3,000 GSF vehicle-capable mezzanine, 22’ eaves, and a quick-remove mezzanine rail system for flexible automotive placement.
Engineered for speed, efficiency, and comfort, the garage includes 11 triple-stack lifts, 2 dual-post lifts, 1 alignment rack, and 4 rollup doors, all supported by 40 tons of HVAC and dual 22’ high-volume circulation fans. A Mancave lounge and kitchen provide premium amenities, while every detail—from mezzanine deck strength to workflow optimization—is executed with precision to serve elite motorsports teams
